PanPastel Colours are professional artist quality soft pastels packed in a unique pan format. With colours that are rich, ultra-soft and extremely blendable, you can apply PanPastel (dry) colour like paint – with the PanPastel foam ended palette knives. Each PanPastel colour is loaded with the finest quality artists’ pigments for the most concentrated colours possible. The colours have all been tested for lightfastness and are erasable.
