Derwent Inktense Pencils are water-soluble pencil that paints out to a vibrant ink like colour. Translucent like a watercolour pencil but bright like an ink these pencils can be laid down dry then activated with a wet brush. Permanent once dried. Can be be applied to fabric - once dried, iron at relevant fabric setting to fix.
