The Neef Series 990 Taklon Brush Rigger is a long-haired Round used for long, thin strokes and detail, a Liner may be called a Signature or rigger brush.
Taklon brushes have very strong filaments which give great snap and colour carrying capacity. They are suitable for most techniques including watercolour, gouache, inks, acrylics, oils etc.
