Strips can be cut to size. Soak strips using a bowl of water and apply them to desired surface. Once plaster is wet, and bandage is applied, smooth down to create a more even surface.
Advised to wear a mask if cleaning up any plaster that is in a state that can be airborne ie. powdered.
