Caran d'Ache Neocolor II water-soluble wax pastels can be used on their own or blended with water. Work great with watercolour, gouache, or mixed media. Best blended with a soft natural or synthetic fibre brush. These pastels are lightfast and work on a wide variety of surfaces.
