Langridge Damar Resin is natural A1 grade resin from Sumatra. It is very clean and bright.
Used as constituent in oil painting and egg tempera mediums. Can be added to mediums to create optical depth and transparency. Used as a traditional picture varnish for oil painting. Damar Varnish is easily removed but has a slight tendency toward yellowing and embrittling with age.
